Error in the spelling of your name may result in penalty and ticket re-issue charges. Your passport should be valid for a minimum of 3 months beyond the date of your RETURN flight to USA or Canada. Citizens of other countries may require additional documentation; please enquire.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
Space is limited. To reserve your space please adhere to the following payment schedule:
- A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required at time of registration.
- 2nd non-refundable Deposit of US$1,000 is due on or before September 16, 2022.
- 3rd Deposit of US$ 1,000 is due on or before Friday, December 09, 2022
- Balance payment in full (incl. OPTIONAL PHUKET ISLAND extension, if applicable), due on or before Friday, February 14, 2023
CANCELLATION PENALTIES APPLY AS FOLLOWS:
- Up to 93 days prior to departure (February 14, 2023) : Loss of $1,350
- From 92 days up to 61 days prior to departure (March 17, 2023): 50% of the tour cost
- From 60 days or less prior to departure (effective March 18, 2023): 100% of total tour price.
All check payments must be made out to MYESCAPADES.
Should you wish to make Credit-Card Payment, we will call you to take the details. Sending Credit Card information by email is in violation of PCI-DSS standards.
