Breakfast at the hotel. The day begins with a guided tour of the city of Istanbul. The first stop is the renowned Topkapi Palace, a stunning display of Ottoman history and architectural brilliance. Next, visit the awe-inspiring Hagia Sophia, a monumental structure steeped in history and adorned with magnificent architecture, including striking minarets. Its walls tell the tales of various empires that have risen and fallen in the region over the centuries. Continuing the journey, proceed to the iconic Blue Mosque, renowned for its intricate blue tile work that embellishes the interior walls. Day 3, Sunday: Istanbul ā€“ Cappadocia by Flight
After breakfast transfer to the airport to connect flight for Kayseri. Upon your arrival, you'll have the opportunity to visit the Turasan wine factory and indulge in a delightful wine tasting experience featuring the exquisite wines of Cappadocia. Following this, brace yourself for an exhilarating jeep safari adventure across the stunning landscapes of Cappadocia. Starting from Goreme and heading towards Ortahisar, we'll first explore the charming Ortahisar Castle before continuing our journey to Uzengi Valley. As we traverse along the banks of a babbling brook, marvel at the ancient pigeon houses intricately carved into the rocky terrain. Our route then leads us to Sahintepesi, where you can unwind and soak in the serene surroundings. After a rejuvenating break, we'll drive back to Goreme, passing by Pancarlik Church en route. Once the tour concludes, you'll be escorted back to your hotel for an overnight stay in Cappadocia. After early breakfast depart for Pamukkalwe enroute visit the 13th century Seljukian masterpiece Sultanhan Caravanserai which served medieval travelers. Its grand architecture and historical significance attract visitors worldwide. Continue drive to Konya and visit the Mausoleum of Mevlana, an important pilgrimage site which houses the tomb of Persian poet Rumi, spiritual leader of the Mevlevi Order.
